    First class service!

Not even a one star!!!!!Extremely overpriced for extremely bad experience!!!! A complete ripoff!!!!Terrible service!!!! ruined my shoes for 300 AUD.No insight on how to provide decent service for money paid upfront.Does not have capabilities to properly fix leather shoes. No communication whatsoever prior commencing work despite not able to conduct job as promised. No stitching machines to apply new leather soles. Glued soles with high confidence that this a standard treatment to replace leather solesReplaced ankle block despite discussing not to be replaced. Boot base highly prone to collapse post this bad job.Disregard to concerns about how the shoes look after terrible work.No money refund if they ruin your dear leather item! Will post pre and post photos as soon as I get the shoes off their unskilled hands!!......You did not have the means to repair the shoes properly the first attempt! How are you going to manage on the second attempt?! I lost trust in the hands that did the job in the first place!Your emails did not reassure me at all that you will fix the shoes like a real craftsman. Rarely you have problems with repairs you say. Check reviews buddyCalling the manager 31 times who avoided dealing with the problem when I was in the shop is the least I can do!Send me the photos that your staff claim to have taken so I can show people the repair job that was carried on!.....In response to latest update by Evans,Please review the photos of the original pair prior and post repair uploaded by myself. The single photo that is posted by Evans on their website does not show the major faults that were inflicted by the repairer:-small heel block, replaced without prior consent.-heel block not levelled-small sole size-no stitching on sole-shoes looks significantly WRONGMy wife picked up shoes from the shop. Ten minutes later, when I had the chance to inspect it, I reported back to shopkeeper over the phone regarding my concerns. Brushed off the problem but accepted to have the issues discussed with manager. Came back to shop 4 days later, manager refused to come down and discuss or answer the phone. All those interactions not declared by Damon in his last update! For 300AUD, my expectations were high. Turned out to be misplaced in the wrong hands. Yes, strongly demanded a full refund as shopkeeper declared that they can’t do sole stitching like regular cobblers!! And, redoing the sole the way it was originally will weaken its structure!!Happily paying someone else (not 300 bucks) to get the boots sorted out. Will provide further photos later.
