frame provides you with an extended contact period if any unexpected issues arise.
 

Our guarantee is subject to several conditions:

– The issue occurred within 3 months after completion of the work*
– The issue corresponds to the original job description
– The initial job has not been tampered with or handled by another company
– The issue has not arisen as a result of an accident or mishap

Once we have received your item, we will put it through a number of inspection checks. If the
returned item satisfies the above criteria, it will be processed as a new order and finished
according to the original job description. Please ensure you provide us with the necessary
receipts and identification.
