Hardware Repair & Replacements

We match replacement hardware as closely as possible in size, shape and colour, but slight differences may remain. We do not stock branded hardware; replacements are unbranded. If an exact match cannot be sourced, we may need to replace multiple fittings to maintain both function and a consistent appearance.

Send photos of your shoes or boots to our team for a quote. Show the damaged or missing fitting and the surrounding area so we can discuss the work required. Photos are a starting point; we cannot guarantee repair suitability until we have assessed the item in person.

We can assess torn leather around buckles or pulled-out eyelets for patching and reinforcement. We also restitch damaged areas where suitable. The surrounding leather needs to be checked alongside the hardware, as replacing the fitting alone may not address the damage.

We can assess loose or missing studs for reattachment or replacement. For diamantés, we can seek a close match where possible, although availability may mean slight variations in appearance. You can supply replacement diamantés, but this does not reduce the repair cost.
