Shoe Insole Repairs

We make replacement insoles from genuine leather, colour-matched to the existing insoles or black if you prefer. We reproduce the existing detailing, and can stitch your existing labels onto the new pair on request. Send photos so we can assess the matching requirements for your footwear.

We make half or full padded insoles using orthopaedic foam covered in genuine leather, either to replace worn padding or help fit shoes that are too large. This requires one or two in-store fittings to establish the thickness and shape. Fittings are available Monday to Friday before 3:30 pm.

Send photos of your footwear and the worn or loose insoles to our team for a quote. We can assess whether you need resecuring, leather replacement or padded insoles. For custom padded insoles, photos are a starting point; in-store fittings are also required.

Yes. We re-cover sandal footbeds in pairs when the leather covering has deteriorated through friction. Replacing that worn covering helps protect the foam beneath it from further damage. Send photos of the footbeds so we can assess their condition and suitability for re-covering.

We offer shoe repairs by post from across Australia, as well as visits to our Melbourne workshop. Send photos first so we can discuss the suitable service. Custom padded half and full insoles require one or two in-store fittings, so they cannot be completed solely by post.
